How to Create Your Own Category on TopBump

If your niche doesn't have a category yet, you can create one — and it goes live the moment your payment clears, not after a review queue.

How it works

1. Click "Create a Category" from the homepage or the category dropdown.
2. Enter the category name, a short description, and why it's needed.
3. Complete payment.

That's it — the category is created and activated in the same transaction as your payment. There's no human sitting in a queue deciding whether to approve you.

The only two ways it can fail

If the platform's category cap is full at the exact moment you pay, or someone else's category/subcategory claimed the same name microseconds before yours, your request is automatically rejected — and your payment is automatically refunded. You never end up paying for nothing.
